4. Signing of the non-disclosure agreement and payment of a fee as a deposit for the business plan.

We will send you some confidential information. For an optimal mutual protection, this information will be provided only after signing the non-discolsure agreement and after paying the business plan fee. This fee is refunded after the completion of the plan.

5. Create your own business plan for your Salad Box location!

Based on the information provided by us, you will have a period of time (established by mutual agreement) to achieve your business plan. During this period you will be assigned a consultant who will provide the necessary support.

6. Reviewing the business plan and the final selection

Once the business plan passes our criteria, and we establish a common business vision, we reach the last steps.

7. Contract signing and agreements implementation

At this stage we only need to sign the contract and clarify certain details. We are already partners!

The Salad Box franchise is a concept proven by an international presence since 2012 with a very high capacity of adaptability to the specifics and characteristics of each market.

Through the franchise fee we offer access to the network of customers, suppliers and a competitive position on the market where the Salad Box brand is strong and well known. Also, the existing knowhow in organizational procedures and processes is available to each franchisee depending on the stage in which he is, before or after signing the franchise agreement.

Support after the signing of the franchise agreement will be provided in the following areas of interest: development of new products (existing portfolio of recipes and others adapted to the needs of the market in question), training (support provided both in the process of opening the location and after opening. managers as well as location employees on topics such as: location management, customer relations, equipment / machinery / tools), marketing (marketing campaigns implemented nationally and internationally, marketing materials for promotion both offline and online. campaigns tailored to market needs can be created), IT (access to sales software materials, monthly and ondemand reports, specific sales reports for certain products / product ranges, reports on the financial results of actions taken by the marketing department), and for the full range of packaging (periodic packaging orders used on site).

Depending on the profitability analysis, we can recommend a certain type of location that will indicate the level of the budget to be invested in the location. This can range from € 80,000 for for an island-type location in an office building or a street location, or even € 120,000 for a mall location.

The optimal surface required depending on the type of location, can vary from 20 to 120 sqm

The fees to be paid by the franchisee are the following:

  1. The franchise fee varies between 10,000 and 20,000 EUR depending on the market where the franchise is to be opened.
  2. After opening the location, a royalty fee of 5% of the monthly net turnover and a brand fee of 1.5% calculated under the same formula will be charged.

Previous experience in the food industry is not required, but like any other experience, it has an advantage. Each investor, regardless of their experience, will benefit from all the know-how obtained in the 10 years of experience and will also be assisted by a team of trainers who will present and provide the operational manuals

The franchise fee covers the cost of the two types of training that must be completed with the help of our in-house training team. It will take place in two sessions. One for three days for the administrator and manager and another for five days for the workers on site. At the same time, we provide support for the days before and after the opening of the location, in the newly opened location.

The franchise contract will be signed for a period of 5 years, with the possibility of extension.

There are 6 categories of locations that we recommend to our partners:

• Island location in shopping mall

• Box location in shopping mall

• Location with dine in option located in business centers

• Street locations with heavy pedestrian traffic

• Container locations

• Home Delivery Locations (Delivery)*

We will soon have a drive through typology of location available.

*Depending on the case, each location is contractually given the right to carry out home delivery activity.

Throughout the franchise agreement, we provide daily support from 9AM to 5.30 PM in operating the locations from training, online operational support for auditing and intermediation of supplier relations. Upon request we can provide personalized training for a fee depending on the needs and specifics of each location / market.
